AirTrunk Invests US$3 Billion In New Johor Data Centres

Australian data centre operator AirTrunk announced a US$3 billion investment to build two new hyperscale data centres in Johor Bahru.


The expansion will:

  • Add more than 280 megawatts of capacity
  • Increase AirTrunk’s total Malaysian investment to US$6.8 billion
  • Support growing AI and cloud computing demand
  • Strengthen Johor’s position as a regional digital hub
